That’s why we just had to post this picture of a Twinkie Berry 3 Layer Flourless Chocolate Cake that was passed on to us by Tessa Woolf, Editor of Salt Lake/Park City Bride & Groom Magazine. Tessa’s co-worker, Claire, was inspired to create this delectable Twinkie cake for a recent homecoming, which was “inspired totally by the SLBG lady-fingers cake.” It looks like one delicious cake – we just wish we could’ve gotten our hands on a slice!

What’s most funny is that many have assumed that the lady-fingers are actually Twinkies at first glance. And then there are those who thought it was hot dog buns….um, yeah. So maybe that should be the next challenge. Anyone want to make a hot dog bun cake, snap a picture and send it our way? You can decide whether or not you want to include the actual hot dogs in the buns. It’s totally up to you.
